Coaching at APD is concerned primarily with performance and the development of definable skills. APD will work with the client to identify the learning goal of individuals; teams and groups. APDs effective coaching model ensures collaboration with client leaders to ensure the required learning skills are known and become part of the coaching model.
APD also share with clients the role of critical friend – confronting executives with truths no one else feels able to address with them. This mainly focuses on job descriptions that don’t add value to the individual or the company.
There is no longer a point in an employee’s career where one stops learning. With people changing jobs much more frequently; skills, knowledge and expertise become part and parcel of everyday responsibilities.
